Our Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below apply to each individual order and in turn supersede all others. The receipt of acknowledgment of order by you constitutes your acceptance that the below conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract aside any professed terms put forward by you.

All goods whether delivered or not shall remain the property of Technical Print Ltd until payment is received in full. Until we receive full payment the goods shall be retained by you and clearly identified as being the property of should the need arise for them to be collected by us. In the event of non payment by you for the goods in question Technical Print, without loss of any rights or remedy, remove from your possession the goods belonging to us in accordance with these terms and conditions. and we shall be entitled to enter upon the property where the said goods are stored in order to repossess the goods and remove them back into our possession. You hereby provide us an irrevocable licence to enter such premises where the said goods are store

Payment terms for NON and NEW account holders. Full payment shall be forwarded to Technical Print Ltd on the placing of your order. If the payment is made by cheque or credit transaction no deduction or banking actions will be made until Technical Print Ltd has ascertained confirmation of the order. Upon confirmation of the order the payment transaction will commence. For EXISTING account holder’s payment is required within 30 days of the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Technical Print Ltd reserve the right to adjust quoted orders in the event of any changes in the law or Government regulations e.g. import duties, taxation, customs and excise duties etc. All prices are based on present costs of production. In the event of the increase of wages , materials or delivery charges after the order has been confirmed or contract accepted we shall be entitled to relay these charges to you.

Any claims arising from delay, partial loss in transit or damage shall be made direct to Technical Print Limited in writing which must reach us by 5 days of the goods being delivered to you. This also applies to any claims made regarding quality or quantity. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and confirmation of receipt should be recorded. Technical Print Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused to the goods during transit unless notification of the loss of damage is made direct to us at the time of delivery. In the event of non delivery, you must inform us in writing within 4 days on receipt of our invoice.

In the event that defects concerned with the goods cause death, damage or injury, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.. Technical Print Ltd can accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the supply of the goods under this contract unless you have complied with the ‘Claims Procedures’ as specified above. This does not affect the rights of the consumer.

Any order cancellations will be subject to charge for work carried out up to date of the cancellation. Any cancellations must be made to Technical Print Ltd in writing.

All deliveries will be charged at the current rate as per our courier. Technical Print Ltd endeavour to meet quoted delivery dates but the stated date is only provided as an estimate and no liability is accepted resulting in loss caused by the delay or error in the delivery of the goods. Goods which are required urgently e.g. inside the 10 day pledge can be arranged but will incur and additional cost for urgent delivery and printing. The delivery date will be set on the date Technical Print Ltd receive in writing an approval of the artwork and print colours to be used.

All prices prices are subject to VAT unless stated otherwise.

Technical Print Ltd will be deemed to have fulfilled any contract regarding the quantity ordered within 5% above or below the amount ordered. You will be invoiced for the amount delivered.

Any required printed samples of items shown are available. These will incur a minimum print set up charge along with any additional charges i.e. product charge and delivery. NON account holders must provide payment for the said samples on confirmation and receipt of art work and products. EXISTING account holders will be invoiced under the 30 day payment terms.

Any accounts expiring the 30 day payment agreement will be subject to interest being charged on the overdue amount at 5% above the Bank Of Scotland base rate. This does not preclude us from seeking payment of overdue amounts at any specific time and shall be in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights we have against you. We hold the right to charge any costs incurred from legal aspects, collection charges etc to you where court proceedings or a third party have been required to obtain payment from you for the overdue account.

Any increases in the quantity of items ordered must be made to Technical Print Ltd in writing prior to the work being undertaken. In the event of any changes in quantity this will be treat as an independent contract unless the written notification is received before any work is carried out on the original order placed.

Small orders are catered for but will be subject to a minimum print charge including a set up charge.

To provide you with an excellent quality product we may have to adjust the artwork supplied by you. In any case you will be notified of these changes prior to any printing taking place. Once you have “signed off” the artwork in writing to Technical Print Ltd the printing process will commence.

In the event of any actions outside our control or by an inability to produce materials or products other than at a considerable higher price as previously stated in the contract we shall be entitled to terminate the contract in whole or part with notice to you without Technical Print Ltd being held responsible.

Prices illustrated include the print of an image using one colour in one position on the specified product. Separate charges will be enforced for the setting up involved with each composition and also any artwork supplied by Technical Print Ltd. Technical Print Ltd reserve the right to change such prices without any such notice.

Technical Print Ltd can print colours to specific pantone references if furnished with these by you. We will not be held responsible for any variations of the specified pantone references when adhered on the required products. Due to differences in materials from our suppliers or you, we will not be held responsible for any differences in colour samples or pantone references supplied by you there for omitting us from any liability of any further costs which may arise.
